Customer Registration

Registration is required to buy rent and source.

Rentals

Rentals are subject to approval by the individual archive. Rental fees are 20% of an item's full retail value. Availability, payment terms, and return conditions vary by archive.

Sourcing

Sourcing requests are free and non-binding. STORAGE will notify you via email if we locate the item within 90 days. Unfulfilled requests expire automatically after three months.

Archive Authenticity

Archives must verify the authenticity of each item. STORAGE vets archives through a strict application process but is not the direct seller. Disputes over authenticity or condition should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Returns or refunds are granted only for proven misrepresentation or inauthenticity, subject to STORAGE's review. Report claims to info@shopsstorage.com within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Terms

Archives handle shipping directly. Items must be dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Standard shipping rates apply: £10 domestic, £25 international. Tracking information will be emailed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. STORAGE is not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

Limitation of Liability

STORAGE acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Archives are responsible for item quality, shipping, and customer service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
