Order Processing Times

All orders are handled and dispatched by our independent Archives. Archives must process and ship orders within 7 working days of purchase. Processing times may vary based on archive location and workload.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure secure delivery. Common carriers include:

  • Royal Mail (UK Domestic)
  • DHL Express (International)
  • FedEx / UPS (High-value & expedited)

Shipping Rates

Standardised rates apply across all Archives:

  • £10 — UK domestic shipping
  • £25 — International shipping

Any bespoke or expedited services chosen at checkout may incur additional fees. These will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Tracking Information

Once your Archive ships your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive tracking details within 7 days of purchase, check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. STORAGE Ltd. and our Archives are not liable for customs delays or additional fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Archives are required to ship items with tracking and insurance, especially for high-value pieces. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • First, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If the carrier confirms loss or damage, file a claim under their insurance.
  • Then contact us at info@shopsstorage.com with proof of shipment and claim details.

STORAGE may assist with dispute resolution and, where appropriate, facilitate refunds or replacements.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
