Overview

STORAGE provides a platform for independent archives to sell vintage and pre-owned fashion. All sales are final, except in cases of misrepresentation, defects, or inauthenticity. This Returns Policy explains how you can request a return and refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Have proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation).
  • Provide photos or evidence of misrepresentation, damage, or defect.

How to Request a Return

1. Email info@shopsstorage.com with your order number and photos.
2. We'll review your request and notify you within 3 business days.
3. If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed misrepresented or defective.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Keep your tracking number for reference.
- Return address will be provided in the authorization email.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Non-returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items in good condition as described in the listing.
  • Rented items or pieces marked “final sale.”
  • Any purchase made over 30 days ago.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item (per this policy) and place a new order.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Returns Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
