Lightweight, sheer and extremely oversized - with an enormous hood, large enough to engulf one’s entire face. Wearers can choose to go for a more tunic-style cutout or cover the chest opening with an extra panel of gold fabric. Waist cinches and cuffs are designed to give a ballooning shape and all cords have their ends finished with classy metal caps. Plastic Jil Sander label, a hallmark of this brief era. This year for the brand has become notable in recent years for two reasons - the Angela Lindvall-fronted campaign and the aw03 cargo bag, which has now seen numerous modern imitations. The jacket was also produced in a darker grey and bright red. Other items, including cargo capris are available in the same fabric.
